WOPEN Annual General Assembly and Retreat.

Date: January 16-17, 2022 Location: Bamenda Goal: To bring together all the WOPEN members to have a reflective moment, provide safe care and pray for peace to reign in the country. They develop a clear working Plan of Action and elected the steering committee members to oversee the running of the networks activities for the next three years Activities Carried Out: - Gospel sharing and prayer session was carried at the beginning of the retreat. - Members shared their achievements with the peace clubs created in 14 council areas within Mezam which had been running for the past year 2021. - Executive members of the network were elected and installed during this annual retreat conference. - The constitution of the network was amended and the preparation of support documents for the legalization of the network, like the correction of some clauses in the final document.
